Merlin Law Group filed a lawsuit Monday on behalf of the Ashtabula Area City Schools against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

A release from the law firm states Liberty Mutual refused pay claims for repairs to Lakeside High School after the school's roof collapsed during the 2024 Thanksgiving weekend snowstorm.
