NEW YORK (WABC) -- Tuesday is Election Day and all eyes are on the races for New York City mayor and New Jersey governor.

This is what voters need to know before they head to the polls on Tuesday.

NEW YORK CITY

Poll sites are open from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. If you are in line by 9 p.m., you can stay in line to cast a ballot.

Always look up your poll site before heading out to vote as they can change from election to election.
