A dash of determination, a pinch of purpose, and a heaping handful of compassion is likely to be a winning recipe for one East Providence High School culinary student hoping to earn the rank of Eagle Scout.
James Schuller, a Barrington resident who attends East Providence High School for its culinary career and technical education (CTE) program, has been involved as a Scout for Barrington’s Troop 46 since he first moved to the community after departing his native New Haven, Conn. at seven years old.
But longer than being involved with the Scouts, he’s been an active participant in the kitchen.
