The surviving teen remains hospitalized and was previously in "extremely critical condition"
Three teens have died and another was critically injured after a car crash in Pennsylvania on Halloween night.
The crash occurred at about 9:30 p.m. local time on Friday, Oct. 31, across from the former Fox Acute Center on Bristol Road in Warrington Township, according to a news release shared by the Warrington Township Police Department.
