Three teens have died after they were involved in a car crash on Halloween night in Pennsylvania

Police said four teens were in a Toyota Camry when the sedan collided with a Ford Explorer traveling in the opposite direction

The surviving teen remains hospitalized and was previously in "extremely critical condition"

Three teens have died and another was critically injured after a car crash in Pennsylvania on Halloween night.
