JAMMU, Nov 3: A meeting of the executive body and core-group of Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS) was held in which H.A Siddiqui, former Additional Advocate General readout the last order of DSS president, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak, which specified the working arrangements during his absence on health reasons. The order specified that the president authorised Col Karan Singh (Retd), vice president DSS to perform the duties of DSS president and further directed Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, to act as working president of DSS in addition of his duties till further orders.

This was unanimously approved by the general body by voice vote and also unanimously ratified jointly by the executive body and the core committee.
