MELROSE PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- Ricardo Aguayo Rodriguez's family believes that he may be at Broadview's Immigration and Customs Enforcement processing facility.

But the reality is that they just do not know. And while Aguayo's family retained an attorney, his sister told ABC7 that she fears she may never see him again.

Federal agents arrested Aguayo, an undocumented Mexican immigrant, in Melrose Park on Sunday.

The video of Aguayo's arrest was shot from an upstairs window. It shows a Border Patrol agent holding Aguayo in what appears to be a chokehold. He appears to be struggling to breathe.

His injuries were severe enough that he was taken by ambulance to Gottlieb Hospital, where he spent the night.
