TBO Tek Ltd reported a steady second-quarter performance for FY26. The Gurugram-based travel distribution company’s net profit rose 12.5% year-on-year to ₹68 crore, compared with ₹60 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue climbed 26% year-on-year to ₹567.5 crore, reflecting solid momentum in its core travel technology and distribution business. EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) grew 17% year-on-year to ₹88.2 crore, while margins stood at 15.5%, slightly lower than 16.7% a year ago.

TBO Tek continues to strengthen its global reach by connecting travel suppliers — such as airlines and hotels — with buyers including tour operators and travel agencies worldwide.
