A labour dispute at the John McGivney Children's Centre in Windsor could interrupt services for hundreds of infants, kids, and youths with disabilities, according to the union representing the centre's workers.

OPSEU Local 170 has announced that its members and their employer — the John McGivney Children's Centre — will be in a "labour disruption" position as of 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 13.

That means Local 170 can legally go on strike, or the JMCC can legally lock out workers, at that time.
