Garrett Crochet was one of the best pitchers in baseball this past season, and now the Red Sox ace is officially up for one of the league’s top honors.
Crochet is among three finalists for the American League Cy Young Award, MLB announced on Monday night. The Red Sox left-hander is joined by Houston Astros righty Hunter Brown and Detroit Tigers lefty Tarik Skubal, who is the reigning AL Cy Young winner.
