The South Toledo restaurant that employed a 19-year-old woman killed in a shooting early Sunday in Toledo’s Reynolds Corners area remained closed Monday in her memory while police sought her killer.
Jasmine Queen, 19, of the 1200 block of South Byrne Road, died of a single gunshot wound to her torso. The shooting occurred in a parking lot in the 5200 block of Hill Avenue and was reported about 4 a.m. Sunday, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office reported Monday afternoon.
Two other women were wounded in the shooting: Alyvia Paddock, 20, of Carey, Ohio, and Rihanna Barner, 18, for whom a Toledo police statement listed no address. Ms. Barner was admitted to the University of Toledo Medical Center in serious condition, while Ms. Paddock was taken to ProMedica Toledo Hospital for treatment of in
