WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H is in charge of finding the next generation of superstars, and he says the single most important trait he looks for isn’t athleticism—it’s charisma.
During an interview on the All-In Podcast , Triple H discussed WWE’s recruitment efforts, which include a robust NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) program for college athletes. He was asked what it takes to make it in the business.
“The key to it, really, is charisma and your innate ability to connect with people,” he stated.
Charisma Over Knowledge
