An 18-year-old is facing charges after an arrest report says he raped a middle schooler in a public restroom at Harrison Bay State Park.

The victim's mother reported the incident after seeing a videotape of the rape on her daughter's phone, the report details.

According to the victim's mother, her daughter had known Jeremiah Hill for about a year prior to the incident.

The victim told police that she had plans to go to the Haunted Hill Top with Hill and asked her mother to pick them both up. The mother dropped them off at the park before going to the haunted attraction, the report says.
