TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Today’s something good honors the memory of a young soccer star.
High school soccer teams from across the Big Bend hit the pitch for a good cause last week for the 2025 Gio Cup.
More good news:
The annual event pits the area’s best squads against each other in a tournament with all proceeds going towards the Giovanni Vitrano Foundation’s scholarship fund. It helps send soccer stars who excel on the pitch and in the classroom to college.
Congrats to the Maclay boys and Chiles girls for taking home the wins!
