On Monday night at Scotiabank Arena, the Leafs erased a three-goal Pittsburgh Penguins lead in the third period and won 4-3, stunning everyone in the building. Article content Article content
Bobby McMann, after going eight games without a point, scored the winning goal at 13:43 of the third when he buried a Nick Robertson rebound.
The Leafs were terrible through 40 minutes, as they were outscored 3-0 and outshot 25-8.
That changed drastically in the final 20 minutes. Toronto played with an urgency that did not exist earlier in the evening.
