The Powerball jackpot has surged to an estimated $438 million with a cash option of $207 million for Wednesday's drawing.
The grand prize grew after Monday's drawing failed to produce a jackpot winner. Monday's game was offering lottery players a chance at $419 million.
No players were able to matched all five white balls and the powerball. There were also no players that matched all five white balls, which could have earned them $1 million or more.
The jackpot has been rolling since the last grand prize winners, who split the second-largest Powerball jackpot in history earlier this year. Winners can choose between the annuitized prize of $419 million paid over 29 years or the lump sum cash payment of $198 million, both before taxes.
