Ihave read for years the warnings issued, to the population generally but most certainly targetting seniors, about scammers whose only goal in life is to wrest your life savings from you.
I never paid that much attention to these warnings mainly, I suppose, because I felt I was safe from this as I still had my marbles.
When I was approached by phone or email with anything in regard to finances I simply hung up the phone or sent the email to trash.
I now think I was remiss in not helping pass along the warnings about scammers and I apologize for that.
