The Melbourne Cup has come and gone for another year.

Jamie Melham became the second female jockey to win the Melbourne Cup after guiding the only Australian-bred horse - Half Yours - to history on November 4, 2025.

Melham completed a Caulfield Cup, Melbourne Cup double in stunning circumstances.

In Orange, there were plenty of people out and about for the race that stops the nation.

The CWD photographer hit up the Parkview Hotel, the Gladstone, the Metro and the Robin Hood Hotel to capture some of the smiling faces.
