VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Republican candidates took to the stage at Regent University Monday night to make their last plea to voters in Virginia Beach.
Gubernatorial candidate Winsome Earle-Sears, lieutenant governor candidate John Reid and attorney general candidate incumbent Jason Miyares all took part representing the Republican ticket.
But they also had support from other fellow Republicans, including Rep. Jen Kiggans, other former Virginia governors and current Gov. Glenn Youngkin.
"We have a great ticket," Youngkin said. "We've got to elect Winsome, we've got to elect John and we've got to elect Jason."
The stakes are high during this final push for the Virginia Republican Party.
A new Emerson College poll found Democratic candidate Abigail Spanberger is leading Earle-Sears
