IIM Ranchi successfully concluded the second five-day residential training programme for the Official Representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions, organized under the guidance of the Directorate of Panchayati Raj as part of the National Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (NGSA).
The programme saw the participation of Block Heads, Deputy Block Heads, and District Panchayati Raj Officers (DPROs) from five districts of Jharkhand. Over five days, participants underwent extensive sessions designed to enhance their leadership capacity, planning, and administrative efficiency in rural governance.
