BURLEY, Idaho (ABC4) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is set to hold an open house at the Burley Idaho Temple starting this week.

The Burley Idaho Temple was announced by the late President Russell M. Nelson in April 2021 and has been under construction since. It is the 11th temple in Idaho that has been dedicated, announced, or is under construction.

Reportedly, Idaho has almost 500,000 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. However, the tours will be open to the public, regardless of church membership status.

The open house will be held from Thursday, November 6 through Saturday, November 22, 2025, excluding Sundays. It will be dedicated on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

Ahead of the open house, Idaho Governor Brad Little toured the temple.
