This Halloween week, Dr. Seuss’ “How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical” is in technical rehearsals ahead of its Nov. 2-3 preview performances at the McCallum Theatre, marking the first time a major national Broadway tour has used the Palm Desert venue to rehearse for — and kickstart — a tour.
