LOGAN – The famous one-man show Mark Twain TONIGHT! is coming to the Ellen Eccles Theatre in Logan for one-night only on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
The show will feature stage and screen actor Richard Thomas as Twain in a show that critics nationwide have praised as an uproariously amusing compendium of the wit and wisdom of America’s favorite author, lecturer and humorist of the 19 th Century.
Mark Twain was the pen name of Samuel Clemens, born in 1835 in Florida, Mo.
During his lifetime‚ Sam Clemens watched a young United States evolve from a nation torn apart by internal conflicts to one of international power. He experienced America’s vast growth and change – from westward expansion to industrialization‚ the end of slavery‚ advancements in technology‚ big government and foreign wars.
