ROCHESTER — The city has taken the next step toward the redevelopment of the former Care Pharmacy property by sending out requests for proposals to revitalize the downtown area.

"The city of Rochester, New Hampshire invites proposals from qualified developers for the acquisition and development of six city-owned parcels located at 161 South Main Street, 7 Sawyer Avenue, 11 Sawyer Avenue,13 Sawyer Avenue, 15 Sawyer Avenue and 17 Sawyer Avenue," the RFP states.
