BROADVIEW, Ill. (WLS) -- A judge will hear more about alleged 'inhumane conditions' inside the Broadview ICE facility at a hearing Tuesday

The judge said last week that this case requires immediate attention.

The emergency class-action lawsuit was filed against the Department of Homeland Security for reportedly "abusive and cruel" conditions inside the ICE processing facility in Broadview.

The lawsuit alleges ICE agents have been denying detainees confidential, private calls to attorneys, sufficient food, water, hygiene and medical care.
