Syracuse man whose murder conviction was overturned found guilty a second time

Syracuse, N.Y. ― A Syracuse man whose murder conviction for a 2019 killing was overturned was found guilty of murder on Monday for the second time.

Miequin Cheese, 34, was found guilty of fatally shooting Lakquan Golden, 26, nine times on a crowded porch at a home on Rockland Avenue in Syracuse in June 2019.
