Manchester United are facing the prospect of missing out on Real Madrid star Endrick after reports in France claimed that Olympique Lyonnais are in pole position to sign the striker.

Endrick is set to leave Madrid on loan until the end of the season after being forced to spend the opening three months of the season on the bench. The 19-year-old only made his first appearance of the season in Saturday's 4-0 win over Valencia, playing 11 minutes.
