The Youth Ministry of the Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church, 269 East Main St., Plymouth, will hold a bake sale 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16 to raise funds to purchase new twin bedding and pillows for our local nonprofit, Sleep In Heavenly Peace.

Sleep In Heavenly Peace builds beds for children from 3 to 17 years of age that have no bed to sleep on.

The bake sale will be in memory of James Wasilewski, who gave countless hours to Sleep in Heavenly Peace and to our food sales at Good Shepherd. Along with the bake sale, the kitchen will be selling haluski with homemade noodles, potato pancakes, Manhattan clam chowder and chicken noodle soup. The event is takeout only.
