ARLINGTON, Texas (KETK)-- As the NFL trade deadline approaches later this afternoon, the Dallas Cowboys made a big splash in hopes of improving their defense, which is currently ranked near the bottom of the league in several categories.
According to the Cowboys' website, they are currently finalizing a deal to bring All-Pro defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to Arlington. Williams has been in the NFL for six years now and has spent the entirety of his career up to this point with the Jets after being drafted by the organization in 2019.
Throughout his career, Williams has been named to three Pro Bowl teams and the 2022 All-Pro team. The Cowboys are hoping the addition of Williams will boost their struggling defense, which has given up the second-most points in the league so far this seas
