The situation involving the Springfield Hospital property, in particular the outstanding matter with its parking garage, is moving towards resolution while some issues remain.
An attorney for Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. told a Texas bankruptcy judge Tuesday that all those involved have been working on it and that a solution may be forthcoming, as she asked for the matter to be moved to Nov. 18.
Prospect filed for bankruptcy in Januar y before closing Taylor Hospital and Crozer-Chester Medical Center in the spring. The company closed Springfield Hospital during the pandemic .
