Nothing helps a new-look Greater Ontario Hockey League team find identity and consistency more than another meeting with the red-hot defending Sutherland Cup champions. The third-place Nats face the Chatham Maroons again Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Western Fair Sports Centre.
“Chatham is obviously one of the teams to beat,” London coach Brandon Prust said. “It’s always a good test and we had a couple of good games against them (a 6-2 road win in late September and a 3-2 home loss three weeks ago). Those are games our guys seem to get up for the most.
“They’re always ready for them.”
