FARGO — It didn’t take North Dakota State head coach Tim Polasek long to do some research on the Bison football performances in Grand Forks. He ripped off a few statistics in the NDSU at University of North Dakota series at his weekly press conference on Tuesday.

NDSU is 1-3 at the Alerus Center and were outscored 106-68. The Bison are 22-25-2 in Grand Forks. UND leads the all-time series 63-51-3, which Polasek said matters to him.

“The Alerus Center, that community and that football team have our full attention, there’s no doubt about it,” Polasek said.

The full attention hits full throttle Saturday with a 1 p.m. kickoff, a game that will be televised statewide by WDAY-TV.
