NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (WOIO) - Ohio troopers have charged a Tuscarawas County man with his 5th OVI.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Michael Kerhin, 33, was arrested again on Aug. 13 in Goshen Township.
That was after he allegedly lost control on U.S. 250 and traveled off the roadway, struck a storm drain and overturned.
This time around, troopers say he was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a vehicle under suspension, operating a vehicle without a valid license and failure to control.
The highway patrol says Kerhin has been convicted three times for OVI.
His next case will be heard in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court.
