OTTAWA — Nova Scotia MP Chris d’Entremont quit the Conservative caucus Tuesday afternoon, setting the stage for a potential floor crossing to the Liberals on the same day the minority Carney government tabled its first budget.
On Tuesday afternoon, d’Entremont made the stunning revelation to media outlet Politico that he was considering crossing the floor to the Liberals and would make a decision in coming days.
