TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - It was day two of the trial for 75-year-old Dan McFadden, who is accused of sexually abusing a young family member in Niles.

Prosecutors allege the abuse began in 2017 when the child was just five years old and continued into this year.

During the trial, jury members listened to emotional testimony from the child involved, who described instances of the abuse, stating, "He [McFadden] would always come over with a flashlight, go upstairs, and wake me up. Then he would whisper for me to go downstairs. He would make me take off all my clothes. There's a camera in the living room, and he would always unplug it or turn it around."

The child said the incidents happened mostly when their mother was at work and the father was asleep.
