Short-term rentals come into focus during zoning overhaul talks

Short-term rentals for the most part are projected to remain a by right use when Nelson County officials adopt a new zoning ordinance next year, but a special use permit process is on track to be required in some situations, according to recent dialogue among the county board of supervisors.
