With his upcoming album "Nomad" released on Friday, French luminary DJ Snake said he aimed to "build bridges" between musical genres with an eclectic array of guest stars and influences.
Listeners can expect appearances from US rappers Travis Scott and Future as well as the in-vogue K-pop group Stray Kids -- along with a rather less modish nod to '80s stalwart Phil Collins.
"We are bringing different universes together, we are trying to have fun," the artist, known for hit tracks "Taki Taki" and "Loco Contigo", said during a livestream on Instagram Wednesday.
"Everything is about energy, love and respect for different cultures," said DJ Snake -- who has racked up more than 40 billion streams -- while onboard a van blasting excerpts of his third album as it trundled around Paris.
