Virginia Democrats celebrate historic wins, Youngkin blames gov shutdown for GOP loss

Virginia Democrat Governor-Elect Abigail Spanberger soundly defeated her Republican opponent, Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears, to become the 75th Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
