New Delhi: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (India) received the National HR Excellence Award 2025 instituted by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). CSL was adjudged the Silver Award winner under Category B “Competency Development through Continuous Learning” at the 41st NIPM National Conference (NATCON) 2025.
