An Illinois woman has been convicted and sentenced to 10 years for dealing meth in Posey County.

Court records show that on March 10, 2025, 37-year-old Kelli Jo Hale was pulled over when she failed to use a turn signal.

Officers say Hale had slurred speech and poor manual dexterity.

Further investigation revealed that Hale had a smoking pipe concealed in her bra and 35 grams of meth under the driver’s seat.

She admitted to possessing more than 10 grams of meth with the intent to deliver.
