HOLDEN, Maine — Holden police are trying to locate a 17-year-old who was reported missing earlier this month.

Mary Hembree, who also goes by Oli, was last seen Nov. 2, police said in a social media post .

The teen had planned to spend the night with friends in Brewer but did not return home. The teen's cellphone last pinged in the Portland area before it was shut off, according to police.

Hembree’s parents told police they believe she may be traveling to Massachusetts to meet a boyfriend named Theo, though they do not know his last name, the post stated.

Hembree is considered a missing juvenile, police said.

Officials urge anyone with information about Hembree’s whereabouts to contact the Holden Police Department at 207-843-5442.
