Nuapada: Emotions ran high when Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi was addressing a rally for Nuapada by-election on Thursday as BJP candidate Jay Dholakia broke down and burst into tears on stage.

The scene, captured on camera, showed tears rolling down Dholakia’s face on the dais at the public meeting held in Komna. BJP Yuva Morcha president Abhilash Panda was seen wiping the tears.
