The Department of Art and Culture, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Rono Hills, organized a cultural exchange event as part of the Ashtalakshmi Darshan initiative under the Ashtalakshmi Mahotsav. The programme aimed to promote inter-state cultural exchange between the eight Northeastern states and other parts of India under the aegis of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER).
Guided by Dr N.T. Rikam, Registrar of Rajiv Gandhi University, the event brought together a blend of tradition, art, and youthful energy. It was attended by a delegation of 44 students from Goa and Uttarakhand, along with several dignitaries and cultural representatives.
