Putin orders proposals for possibly resuming nuclear weapons testing in response to Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his government to submit proposals to potentially resume testing nuclear weapons. This comes after President Trump directed the Pentagon to resume nuclear weapons testing "on an equal basis" with other countries. CBS News' Ramy Inocencio has more.
