Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat on Thursday chaired a high-level security review meeting at the Police Control Room in Srinagar, calling for enhanced surveillance, stronger inter-agency coordination, and proactive field engagement to bolster the city’s security network.
According to a police spokesperson, the meeting was attended by senior officers from the Police, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Officers briefed the DGP on the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness across different jurisdictions.
