Just one game into the 2025-26 season, the UConn women’s basketball already has a meeting with South Carolina on the schedule for 2027-28.

The Huskies announced Wednesday that Gamecocks will come to Mohegan Sun Arena to play in the Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase on Nov. 24, 2026, and UConn will return the favor for a quasi home-and-home in Nov. 2027 when they travel to Charlotte, North Carolina for a matchup in the Ally Tipoff . The exact date of the game at the Spectrum Center is still to be announced.

The Ally Tipoff was established in 2023-24 and will feature a matchup between No. 9 NC State and No. 18 USC this year on Nov. 9. The event announced games through 2028 on Thursday.
