An Atlantic City man on Monday admitted breaking into a home and assaulting a woman and then getting into a fight with the police officers who were trying to arrest him, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

An Atlantic City man was arrested Friday night after he allegedly attacked a woman whose home he broke into before attempting to disarm an officer who tried to take him into custody, police said.
