The developer who has purchased most of the Dos Rios development along Riverside Parkway is asking the City of Grand Junction to postpone the purchase of the final pieces of that project for another year, while asking for patience as it works to build out the mixed-use community it has proposed.

May Riegler, the developer that partnered with the city on the project, has been working on developing a series of town homes, apartments, hotels and commercial space for several years.
