Lewis Capaldi is to headline TRNSMT 2026 as the line-up for the much-anticipated festival has been announced.

Capaldi will take to Glasgow Green on Sunday, June 21, while Richard Ashcroft will headline Friday and Kasabian get the prime spot on Saturday.

The Someone You Loved star will be returning to TRNSMT for the first time since 2022 after making a return to music with a sold out UK tour and news of a new album.

Bosses behind the festival have announced 29 acts across the three day festival, with Amy MacDonald, Dylan John Thomas, Wolf Alice, Sonny Fedora, The Snuts and Perrie due to appear.

Further acts are still to be announced. Tickets for the event go on sale on Friday, November 14 at 9am.
