PRINCEVILLE ( 25News Now ) - Village of Princeville officials said an area subdivision is currently without water Thursday afternoon after an accidental clipping of the water line.
According to officials, a utility company working around the Ostrom Meadows subdivision and cut a water line, leading the Princeville Public Works department to shut off water while repairs are underway.
Officials did not specify exactly how long the repairs would take to implement, but they did say residents can expect water service to be restored by the end of the day.
That said, once officials restore water access, residents will be under a boil order, which is expected to last until Friday afternoon, village officials said.
