HARDIN, Mont. – Hardin Police Department officers have arrested Nathen Patrick Doyle, a convicted violent felon who escaped from a correctional facility in Bozeman. Doyle, originally serving a sentence for robbery out of Yellowstone County, was wanted by the Montana State Prison for escape.

Last week, Montana law enforcement agencies alerted Hardin police that Doyle might be in the area. Officers later spotted him at Lucky Lil's Casino in Hardin.

Chief Paul George praised the officers' response.

"I am very proud of my team for staying aware of information passed on to them, remaining alert to who is in our community, and communicating effectively about evolving situations," said George.
